Her priorities are freshness and family style cooking. Her vision through food brings her back to all her great memories she shared with her guests from Shanghai Inn Restaurant. With more than seventeen years of cooking and experience. She launched a team of experienced chefs to create future memories and togetherness with her guests. She is able to carry two generations of her family’s legacy in the Chinese food business.

She also select high quality ingredients to create her homemade sauces and recipes. Tossing and combining the ingredients in a high flame wok, her team is able to produce tasty and delicious results.
